Digital Transformation in Government

Mr. Patrick R. A. (Tony) Farnum (A. A.) never liked to be addressed as Mister, so to many other junior ICT professionals and I who had the pleasure to work along with him, he was always Tony.

Words cannot express the heartbreak, shock and dismay that I felt to learn of his untimely passing today April 26th, 2023. It was only a week ago, early in the day, on April 17th, 2023 that he gave his usual annual Guest Lecture to students of my Information Systems Strategy, Management and Acquistion course at the University of Guyana.

In honour of his memory, the students who attended that lecture have agreed to share the recording with the general public. Please click on the link below for the recording of Tony’s Guest Lecture on Government Digital Transformation. He also provided a pdf with a ‘preamble’ so we can understand his line of thought and a powerpoint slide show. All can be accessed below.

May he Rest in Peace.
