Well said. GRO needs a "new CIO" to set the Agenda. That is what is missing at the moment. Also, there is a limit to what the CIO can do because much like NIS, accountability to the public is not part of GRO’s modus operandi. And as one of the letter writers said, there is no one that cares, hence the lack of accountability. Here we have an opportunity for one of UG's new Information Systems graduates to make a real difference in the lives of Guyanese.
